- The cables are shipped to your home. You have 14 days to listen, then send back loaner cables.
- If you decide to buy, new cables will be sent to you. If not, your deposit (minus the shipping charges) is returned to you. Easy!

TIME FRAME FOR LISTENING
Listeners will have 14 days to listen and evaluate.

Cables are shipped: UPS Three Day. Customer pays shipping both ways.
Shipping charges will be deducted from deposit.
PRODUCT PROTECTION
All demo cable loaners come with their barrels and reducers covered in (PROTEX) clear heat-coat to protect against nicks and scratches. This coating is only applied to demo-loaners.
Please note that all TARA Labs cables are meticulously hand-crafted at our factory in Oregon. As with most high-end products, whether they contain amplifier tubes, transistors or phono cartridges, they are fragile and delicate. Our cables are no different. They must be treated with respect and handled accordingly when setting up in your system, as well as when they are re-packaged for return shipping.
*Brand new cables that are purchased will not have clear heat-shrink protection on barrels and reducers. We only put this on for protection as loaners are repeatedly shipped and re-shipped to customers.
CABLE RETURNS / FEES & FINES
Customer will have a three day (3) “grace period” to return cables to TARA Labs, should they miss all of UPS attempts. This would mean that the Participant will be required to drop off the package at a UPS location/store. A late fee of 2% will be deducted from participants deposit if cables are shipped after the three day grace period. A late fee of 5% will be deducted from participants deposit if cables are shipped beyond a seven day (7) period.
NOTE – Listeners will have fourteen days (14) to listen and evaluate our cables. The above fee only applies if cables are not returned after this period.
DEPOSIT
Participant will pay TARA Labs a fully refundable deposit (minus shipping costs). Contact us for retail and deposit prices. Payment will be made to TARA Labs in the form of PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover).
LOANER MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If participant decides they do not want to purchase a new cable, participant will receive a full refund of their deposit (minus shipping costs), once demo loaner product is received back at TARA Labs.
Demo/loaner cables must be in exact condition as received to avoid additional charges due to damage or improper re-packaging procedures resulting in damage.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
We will reply with an email that will ask you information regarding to contact info (Name, Address, Phone Number, Deposit Method, audio system setup, loaner-agreement, etc.), and also offer additional info regarding the cables you are interested in.
Once it is approved, and deposit money received, TARA Labs will send participant the selected loaner-cables to listen to and evaluate.
YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE A NEW CABLE
If customer decides they want to purchase a brand new cable, we will have one our TARA Labs dealers contact you. The “deposit” will be credited towards the agreed purchase price of the cable, in addition to sending the remaining balance due. Once amount is paid in full, TARA Labs will hand-craft a brand new cable and ship to you at no charge.
*TARA Labs must receive demo loaner cables back before newly purchased cable is sent to customer.
If you decide to purchase TARA Labs cables, the closest dealer to your location will take care of shipping you the cables.
YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY
If you decide that you are not interested in purchasing new cables, your deposit will be returned to you within two business days. (After shipping charges are deducted.)
CABLE DAMAGES
By participating in our “Cable Loaner Program” you entering into an agreement that cables must be returned in the same condition it was received by you. We have protected the cable with PROTEX, but as with most high-end audio equipment, our cables though well-built and sturdy, are none the less delicate & fragile. Should you damage the cable by tearing or ripping the outer sleeve, or bend or break the barrels, it will be your responsibility to pay for those damages and the cost to bring the cables back to their previous condition before they were shipped to you.
